These requirements are for Indian Passport holders who reside in the Bay Area or Nothern California. Residents of other locations within the United States or Passport holders of other countries may have variations in their requirements. * The German Consulate now requires a letter from the health insurance company or a policy showing a minimum of $50,000 in worldwide health insurance coverage for all applicants
*Local Business Letters must come from the Company in the United States *All Passport Photos used in the application of a visa/passport must be less than 6-months old.
Both application forms must be notarized. Passport validity must extend at least 6 months of proposed stay. For residents in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, please use this Application Form instead.
Notarized application. Letter from health insurance company guaranteeing a minimum of $50,000.00 in worldwide health coverage. Hotel confirmation and last three bank statements.
