These requirements are for PRC Passport holders who reside in the Bay Area or Nothern California. Residents of other locations within the United States or Passport holders of other countries may have variations in their requirements. *The German Consulate now requires a letter from the health insurance company or a policy showing a minimum of $50,000 in worldwide health insurance coverage for all applicants
*Local Business Letters must come from the Company in the United States *All Passport Photos used in the application of a visa/passport must be less than 6-months old.
Declaration form, copy of invitation from Germany, health card copy, hotel confirmation, copy of Driver's license, and bank statement of the past 2 months. application must be notarized and a confirmation letter from your health insurance stating coverage for emergency medical, hospitalisation and repatriation with a minimum of 30,000 Euros (equiv. US$50,000) for trips outside the US and an additional copy of said letter.
