These requirements are for PRC Passport holders who reside in the Bay Area or Nothern California. Residents of other locations within the United States or Passport holders of other countries may have variations in their requirements. *The German Consulate now requires a letter from the health insurance company or a policy showing a minimum of $50,000 in worldwide health insurance coverage for all applicants
*Local Business Letters must come from the Company in the United States *All Passport Photos used in the application of a visa/passport must be less than 6-months old.
Bank statement if self-employed. Invitation Letter must be in Portugese. U.S. letter should give a detailed purpose of visit, the applicants job title, and state that "No technical work will be performed". Copy of applicant's drivers license required.Click Here for other jurisdictions
