Add Pages
The Passport Agency has just recently updated it's Passport Amendment Policy. If you are looking to add additional Pages to your passport, please read this update.
- All US passport applicants must complete the additional letter of authorization. Please note: Sign and send us the original copy.
- Complete and Submit the Add Pages application online (Add Visa pages to your Passport). Print the DS-DS-4085 form that is created for your at the end.
- Submit the application form, along with your U.S. Passport, and a Visa Network Order Form to Visa Network, 870 Market St. Suite #888, San Francisco, CA 94102.
Expedited service takes approximately ten business days to complete. For a Rush, Will Call service, a flight itinerary or Business letter stating the urgency of this immediate international travel is required. This process generally takes about three days to complete.
